By joining Team Amazon as Retail Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with Amazon to drive full-funnel marketing for computers with Intel inside, partnering with our OEM partners and OS partners. Amazon is the only retail at intel covered inside the Global Strategic Accounts organization within the Sales and Marketing Group; this role will be driving the worldwide strategy with Amazon Advertising and Amazon retail for all different geographies and will own the marketing execution for Amazon.com in the US.

SMG works across business units to amplify the customer's voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business. We work across numerous industries, including retail, enterprise, government, cloud services, and healthcare as examples. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:
Identify, measure, track and report on key success metrics to ensure alignment to products, business goals, and company priorities.
Drive the worldwide Amazon Adverting strategy aligning with cross-functional teams for execution, deliverables, and marketing and sales ROI (Return on Investment) expectation.
Drive the worldwide Amazon retail marketing strategy aligned with Intel product launches, main Amazon and Intel tentpole events, and product priorities aligning with the local marketing teams for execution, deliverables, and ROI expectation
Manage and execute the Amazon Advertising and the Amazon retail marketing strategies to the US for all finished goods products that have intel Inside.
Drive product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision
Closely align with the Retail Sales Manager to assure no daylight on product assortments, product availability, and deal readiness.
A successful candidate must demonstrate:
Thought-leadership and relationship building / management with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies and proven influencing skills.
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with extreme attention to detail while also keeping in mind broader strategy/goals.
Experience in retail marketing with an understanding of brand and product marketing, shopper engagement and driving business results
Willingness to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional and international teams
Strong strategic mentality and analytical skills; willingness to balance between analytical and creative thinking
Eye for business and willingness to pilot marketing plans to deliver important metrics (Conversion, active shopper base, NPS)
Well-organized, meticulous multi-tasker with excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills.
Proactive, driven, problem solver and positive demeanor.
Willingness to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Combination of Brand and Performance advertising experience
Programmatic, Search, and Television advertising sales exposure.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in partner / retail marketing.
3+ years experience working with digital or online media.
3+ years experience working with or at an advertising agency
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in consumer electronics with or as a retailer.
Experience with vendor management, marketing, or sales in e-commerce channels.
Experience in a hardware company or a retailer in account management, buying, go-to-market, channel management or channel marketing.
Experience working at or with Amazon.com and/or Amazon Advertising

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$174,850.00-$279,790.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
