Key Responsibilities
Leveraging advanced technical expertise, supports the rewards function in the design, implementation and on-going management of general or specific programs and initiatives. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining rewards program needs/issues. Meets regularly with client management and HR peers to diagnose specific issues or needs in relation to rewards policies and programs, or to provide ongoing support on operational management issues having a complex rewards dimension. Performs various comprehensive analyses to determine the costs and benefits of various solutions and present project plans and proposals to senior management for review and approval. Responsible for major leveling projects affecting broad (cross business segments and/or functions) classes of employees through director level. Conduct and drives Applied surveys. Recommend range adjustments, merit/promo/adjustment budgets, bonus payout programs, structure expenditures. Broad decision making on job leveling, individual salary issues. Design new rewards programs and/or re-design existing programs. Responsible for all compensation and benefits programs for Taiwan with a complex and changing environment and multiple legal entities Manage benefits design, renewal and negotiation with local providers; manage pension plan changes and stay in compliance Rewards M&A integration planning for Taiwan
