Global Sales Coordinator, Data Entry

The Global Sales Coordinator, Data Entry role is responsible for entering and maintaining the global sales systems with all new and existing opportunities.

What you will be doing:

  • Enter all new RFP’s received by the Directors into ANAIS and send to the hotels
    • For legacy NCA FRHI hotels, enter the same new RFP into SFA 
    • Ensure that all attachments are also emailed to the legacy FRHI eRFP box 
  • Assist with ad hoc opportunity building when needed from the coordinators ie. opportunities that are found on the MIM (SFA) reports 
  • Assist with maintaining the system by turning opportunities to stage 0 (lost) when required
  • International Opportunity Management
    • When a new Connex notification is received from one of our international colleagues.  That RFP needs to be entered into SFA for the NCA legacy FRHI hotels.  If there is an attachment in the connex lead, send email to hotel with attachment.  
    • Add proposals information to Meeting Broker for each hotel 
    • Turn leads down in Meeting Broker for each hotel
    • Turn opportunities definite in Meeting Broker 
    • Maintain open communication between the hotel & the international GSO
  • NCA Global Meet inbox
    • Monitor the meet@accor.com inbox and forward any new RFP’s to either the Global Sales Director or the hotel directly 
  • Manage the late commission report directly with the hotels for both ConferenceDirect & HelmsBriscoe on a monthly basis
  • Assist with vacation and out of office support
  • Other duties as required in support of the Meetings & Incentives Team as directed by the VP or ED of Meetings and Incentives 

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Business School Diploma preferred
  • Working knowledge of Opera/SFA and all related software, Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required
  • Ability to assume Key Operator responsibilities and operate the technological equipment in the office.
  • Past sales experience (internal or external) an asset
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven competency in the area of organization and communication skills

Note:  Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada or United States to be considered for the position
