Background:
iSoftStone is a leading China-based innovative software and IT services provider that provides software and digital technology services, digital operation services. We mainly focus on the data services (collection and annotation) in AI-related field, which includes but not limited to speech recognition, image recognition, natural language processing, AI algorithms and so on. Due to the need of further expand in overseas market, we are now seeking an experienced candidate interested in measuring and matching the digital technology resources by developing potential customer base on a global scale. The qualified candidate is an expertise of sales management and have strong business sense with the ability to drive the growth, directly impact the building of new solutions and making undeniable distribution across our business’ growing footprint.

Job Description:
Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and industry verticals.
Ensure successful pilot projects and product installations.
Closely with Delivery and Back Office team to ensure successful closure of the entire project lifecycle.
Resolve and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management.
Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.
Develop job related expertise and communication skills.
Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in Sales Enablement space.

Job Requirements:
College degree or above in any disciplines.
More than 2 years of sales experience in artificial intelligence industry, be familiar with data service.
Good at customer development, maintenance and business negotiation, already owned with certain enterprise customer resources in AI industry is preferred.
Fluent in written and oral English, knowing Chinese is preferred.
Good interpersonal, communication skills, able to discover new customers and independently develop market resources. Have excellent teamwork ability, strong adaptability and stress resistance to work independently.
