As a Global Sales Operations Head, you will be responsible for: Lead the sales and operations team, processes, and tools to drive world class sales force productivity and serve as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team for both Ultrasound systems and catheters. Provide leadership along with head of business and head of strategy to develop the appropriate GTM strategies for each region/market. Facilitate the commercial strategy development and deployment of company within company for Ultrasound. This includes business partner selection, negotiation, contracting, transfer, and eventual deployment of business partner management metrics The candidate’s team will be responsible for several key areas th.at are critical to the organization’s success including annual planning and monthly revenue forecasting, compensation and ongoing reporting and analytics. Own the creation, accuracy, and efficient distribution of sales metrics, reports, and other sales related business intelligence essential to the organization. Proactively identify opportunity for sales process improvement; work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Define and manage offer-to-order process and order management for the global organization. Leverage daily operational experience to drive improvement in CRM data quality, analytics, and reporting and in driving the commercial organization through data. Support set up of ultrasound related CRM processes. Perform SPS (Structured Problem Solving) analyses to support improvement initiatives around sales operations and processes. Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement. Highly motivated with a high degree of focus on detail, process, and customer service. You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions. Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected. Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary, German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage. You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation. Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advance degree preferred. 10 plus years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Consulting in or for a health care capital equipment company. Experience in a Leadership Role with Global responsibilities. Detailed knowledge of CRM processes. Knowledge of ultrasound business environment preferred. Proven expertise in sales automation, metrics, process, and productivity. Good data visualization and presentation skills. Ability to work in cross-collaboration projects. Experiences with data analytics tools (e.g. Qlik, SAP BW, SAS) Willing to travel up to 20%.
