In close alignment with the regions / countries, we improve the value and growth of our Service business that deliver impactful customer outcomes through a combination of new Innovative & Digital Portfolio, Digital tools and our 9000+ operations teams. You will be part of an high innovative, experienced and motivated team across the entire world. Service is part of your DNA and Innovation and Digitalization are your main drivers. Your mission will be growing the Service Business through building and driving best-in-class service programs: capture/conversion programs, digitize core services and attack competitive base. We envision to keep our future job owners where they are located right now (no movements to CH-Zug) to build a truly global team. However, the location should be within an RSS key country: USA Germany Switzerland Austria France United Arab Emirates – Dubai Malaysia – Singapore The Job Drive and implement migration initiatives across global countries by leveraging on our installed base and third party Define market needs and customer requirements to define migration roadmaps with hard economics Guide and develop a systematic sales approach for the migration business. Manage and streamline the portfolio roadmaps at a global level in close alignment with SI BP as our internal supplier and other third-party suppliers Create analyses, decision proposals and set priorities for new migration offerings Observe markets e.g. competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations within target markets Elaborate value proposition and the value argumentation for customers What you bring along Knowledge / experience: Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, preferably with a further specialization in Security provides you with a good grasp of our topics At least 5 years of experience in a sales or service organization within the building technology environment Experience in the Building Automation service business and markets Knowledge of Lifecycle aspects of building systems Solid technical competence in Security portfolios, including legacy systems Soft skills: Strong international collaboration & leadership proficiencies are essential in this role.
