However, the location should be within an RSS key country: USA Germany Switzerland Austria France United Arab Emirates – Dubai Malaysia – Singapore The Job Drive and implement migration initiatives across global countries by leveraging on our installed base and third party Define market needs and customer requirements to define migration roadmaps with hard economics Guide and develop a systematic sales approach for the migration business. Manage and streamline the portfolio roadmaps at a global level in close alignment with SI BP as our internal supplier and other third-party suppliers Create analyses, decision proposals and set priorities for new migration offerings Observe markets e.g. competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations within target markets Elaborate value proposition and the value argumentation for customers What you bring along Knowledge / experience: Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, preferably with a further specialization in Security provides you with a good grasp of our topics At least 5 years of experience in a sales or service organization within the building technology environment Experience in the Building Automation service business and markets Knowledge of Lifecycle aspects of building systems Solid technical competence in Security portfolios, including legacy systems Soft skills: Strong international collaboration & leadership proficiencies are essential in this role.
