We currently have a new opportunity for a Global Share Plan Advisor to join the team based out of either Cambridge or Warsaw.
JOB ROLE
As Global Share Plan Advisor, you will be part of the team supporting the Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Plan Manager and the wider business in all LTI related matters. The LTI team is responsible for the delivery of the global LTI programme, ensuring effective communication, administration, governance and compliance of all plans.
The role covers a wide range of operational and administrative activities. This is an opportunity to take on a varied role liaising with global internal functions and external third party providers to support a busy team with the day to day management of processes and procedures for on-going delivery of the LTI programme. You will form part of the Reward & Inclusion Centre of Excellence.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the team in delivering the annual and quarterly LTI grants and the vesting of LTI awards through the annual cycle
Supports effective on-going administration of award and participant data working with internal functions, AstraZeneca’s Share Plan Administrator and other third parties
Supports the business with share plan reporting data as required
Distributes payroll reports when shares are released to global payroll and finance teams
Maintains and updates Share Plan Guides and communications
Coordinates the process of grant and vest communications with our Share Plan Administrator
Supports the cross charging of tax monies and LTI consultancy costs to local countries, including all reconciliations
Being a point of contact for participants and internal functions to address LTI questions
Ensures the team has up-to-date documented processes
Supports LTI team administration, including meeting bookings, ad hoc queries and projects as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience of Microsoft applications – MS Teams, Word. Good level of proficiency in Excel – basic formula, lookups and pivot tables
Experience supporting a Reward function or similar
Strong numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
Ability to think analytically and effectively with experience in administering HR data and reporting
Experience of working in a diverse and inclusive global environment
Experience of working with third party providers to meet work deadlines
Ability to work in a team as well as own tasks or activities independently
Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
