Our team is chartered with building healthy social relationships with Intel’s most strategic audiences by driving engagement in service of elevating brand reputation and increasing preference. We are looking for a Social Media strategist to own and implement social strategy for our Data Center and AI business unit. This individual will own the @IntelBusiness social footprint, working alongside team members in Marketing and the Brand Strategy, Partnerships, and Storytelling team, which is part of the Brand, Creative, and Media (BCM) division of the Global Marketing Organization (GMO). This role reports directly to the Global Head of Social Media.
The ideal candidate exhibits the following:
-A global strategic mindset and capable of partnering with stakeholders across the organization to bring excellence to Intel social media
-A strong grasp of social platform features, new launches, and proven ability to apply these to improve marketing initiatives
-Has a finger on the pulse of new trends, platforms and best practices
-An ability to easily and simply articulate complex ideas
-Understands how to facilitate partnerships with social networks and anticipate changes
-Can identify new opportunities from market trends and analytics that will have a measurable and transformative impact on the business and build out a POV for the brand
-Provides strategic guidance to marketing stakeholders and the agency, continuing to push to advance social innovation and adoption during campaign production and execution
-Is comfortable working in large global teams with multiple stakeholders and project leads
-A thought leader and trusted advisor to marketing and other stakeholders
Responsibilities Include:
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy for the @IntelBusiness handles that will manifest itself in the form of a roadmap that includes content strategy, editorial planning, engagement strategy, and KPIs and benchmarks
-Serve as the global leader for @IntelBusiness social media strategy and the go-to expert on social media channels for the Data Center and AI Business Unit
-Leverage research, social listening, and data analysis to distill meaningful and actionable insights
-Advise teams on latest trends and best practices; help optimize outputs accordingly
-Establish a framework of communications and processes with the stakeholders to relay social media results and strategy in a clear and concise manner
-Determine best practices and provide context and guidance marketing and geo handle owners on social strategy for Data Center & AI content
-Align with the regions and geos on social media strategy, delivering best known methods
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:
-A Bachelor's degree
-6+ years' experience in social media for a global organization
-4+ years' experience building and implementing comprehensive social media strategy and processes
-4+ Experience working on and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with social listening, publishing and analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Smartsheets, Talkwalker, etc.)
-Experience with paid social
-Experience working with influencers-paid and organic

Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for Intel's brand management, end-user product marketing and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,230.00-$160,990.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
