Job Responsibilities:

• implement global procurement strategy for the key Indirects categories, creating comprehensive network of competitive suppliers supporting development of the company)

• Map and develop relationships with key Global and Regional stakeholders of all the relevant functions with a strong account management approach.

• YOY increase of the spend under Procurement influence, earlier involvement of Procurement in the Process and procurement input in the AOP process

• Continuous increase of the spend under contract and the development of contract templates

• Identify drive and report all Pladis group synergies opportunities

• Source and select suppliers, negotiate contract terms, SLA’s and prices

• Manage suppliers’ relationships: SLA, quality issues, risks, complaints etc.

• Coordinates global projects & sourcing activities

• Propose improvement of the procurement process and policies

• Benchmarking against best practices in other companies

Job Responsibilities:

Education: MBA, MSc or Bachelor in economics or business studies, supply chain or engineering. Procurement specialism is a plus.

Work experience: 5 + years of Indirects procurement experience in competitive procurement organization.

Languages: Good command in English and Mandarin, French of Dutch is a plus

Functional Skills:
