We are expanding the Spare Parts Planning & Procurement team!

We are responsible for:

• bringing the agreed-upon service level to our customers
• minimizing the inventory and expenses
• maximize customer satisfaction and shareholder value

How do we do it? Active supplier management, good understanding of customer needs and lean distribution channels

Task:

• Purchasing and distribution of spares
• Creation of monthly Forecasts (Spares and Low-Level Material)
• Manage spares allocations with supplier, field service and T1 teams
• Manage customer escalation and backorders
• Manage material shortages in collaboration with supplier or/and operations team
• Order creations in Purchase and planning tools (Defects and Good material)
• Reporting creation and update
• Regular suppliers monitoring and initiate performance improvements
• Backup for Buyer Planner Task
• Participation in project to drive achievement of strategic goals of the Global Supply Chain Planning group
