#### Position Description:


• Collaborate and work with mechanical development teams
• Ability to successfully work alone and on teams.
• Highlight, document and follow up with all MFG/quality issues and concerns
with products and or processes
• Provide feedback to development in form of ideas and suggestions on how to
improve product for production purposes.
• Develop and maintain a global manufacturing assembly processes
• Develop and maintain assembly documentation for assembly of the client's
Products
• Develop and maintain all necessary fixtures and jibs needed in for assembly
• Develop and maintain product labeling guides and specs
• Create and release process change notifications and follow through changes
to completion.
• Understand and use of T3, AVL, BOM structures
• Understanding of floor control systems and supporting systems.
• Have knowledge and work with new philosophies of NUDD (New, Unique,
Different, Difficult) and EMI (Early Manufacturing Involvement)
• Understand DFx concepts with focus of DFm (Design for Manufacturing /
Manufacturability)

#### Position Requirements:


1.3-5年 服务器/存储/交换机/PC自动化测试经验（至少满足其中一项）
2.至少熟悉python/C/C++/Java其中一种编程语言,有自动化程序开发经验.
3.根据产品的specification, 独立开发产品的测试代码，测试流程
4.根据工厂的反馈，优化测试代码和测试流程，提供测试效率，减少测试时间，降低interrupt rate.
5.熟悉服务器或存储硬件基本知识，对BIOS/uEFI, iMM/BMC有基本的了解
6.良好的沟通能力
7.英语口语良好
