This position is in the Human Resources Global Services (HRGS). HRGS delivers services to over 129,000 employees and their families in over 50 countries, managing more than 13 million events delivered across all service lines in Payroll and Stock, Workforce Mobility, Benefits and Retirement, Employee Support, Executive Services, Integrated Services, and Global Operations.
In this position you will be part of the Global Quality and Analytics Team in Human Resources, providing continuous process improvement and business intelligence to the Global Human Resources organization in an operational organization. This team is considered a pioneer and leader in these areas, having senior professionals in Quality and Analytics at the Master Black Belt level, able to develop additional required skills for further development.
You will have exposure to the existing programs for Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Quality, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. This role will have exposure to structured data related to processing performance indicators.
This position is for the Supplier Manager in HRGS Quality Systems where you will manage the Supplier Management HRGS Strategy, overall program coordination with the different supplier manager owners, and sustaining of the overall quality performance and compliance of the program, coordinating the strategy and delivery of the global
program with the supplier owners of HR Enterprise Services in over 50 countries.
You will be responsible but not limited to:
Identify corrective actions, define the future vision, and program structure, influencing key players in the organization to develop world-class supplier support to HR Global Services.
Maintain compliance of supplier inventory developed by ensuring information and actions required to be in compliance are taken care of by all supplier global owners.
Monitor existing monthly metrics against business requirements compliance. Have continuous improvement of the performance metrics based on the defined strategy and influence corrective actions.
Work with Community of Practice (COP) Core team to develop priorities for Supplier Management COP, Core Curriculum, and focus areas.
Develop, in partnership with key supplier management players on the definition of future, recommendations, strategies, and corrective actions.
Develop COP agenda of meaningful topics leveraging cases studies and expertise of Supplier managers who have best practices to share.
Improve the overall quality of the program and in HR Global Services.

Assertive and Self-Driven: Work independently with limited supervision from management.
Benchmarking/Researching: Defines industry best practices and work class standards to define future/ideal state.
Coordination / Program Management: Coordinates in a global environment a Supplier COP, explain the strategy, plans, drive corrective actions, and communicates relevant program status.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in managing/coordinating suppliers and/or supplier programs.
5+ years of experience in project/process management, business analysis, problem-solving, and consensus-building.
5+ years of experience in strategic thinking and influencing results on the defined experience.
Advanced English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Deep understanding of supply chain, data analytics, spares, service, and management systems.
Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management Certifications.
