Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the management of supply commitments from Purchase Orders and/or Supply Planning Forecasts, Supplier performance, and Supply related escalation management.

• Accountable to the Manager of Global Supply Management for reporting on the key performance measurements and KPI targets associated with 13 weeks supply vs demand schedules, Supplier on time ship performance metrics, supply expedites, and supply commits to FCST

• Maintains an effective and healthy relationship and communications with our Buyers, Global Commodity Management Teams, Supplier Quality Engineering, and our Planning and Materials Teams

• Accountable for ensuring total supply and supplier readiness and availability from Supplier to Otter DCs (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Supplied components)

• Maintain key Supplier relationships and manage Supply Management related escalations and resolutions

• Responsible for maintaining and effective Tier 1 Supplier – Supply Management Business Management System (ensuring Tier 1 Suppliers’ processes for supply commits, DOI management, FSCT management, and Tier II and Tier III sub-component supply management)

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin is a requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experience within Supply and Supplier Management, including international experience

• APICS or Supply Chain Certification is preferred

• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment is a plus

• Experience with injection molding and experience with electrical / mechanical commodities is a plus
