Title: Global System Investigation Specialist
Location: Uppsala, Sweden
 
How will you be able to influence?
 
As a Global System Investigation Specialist for our Immuno Diagnostics Division (IDD), you will support our global Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Application Specialists (AS) and provide direct support for complex questions from Customer.
 
Although you will be based at our Uppsala site in Sweden for the majority of your time, you will support colleagues and customers globally and may be required to travel internationally on occasion.

What are you going to do?
 

  • Development of tools to conduct investigations internally and on the field
  • Provide excellent and quick support on the incoming issues
  • Provide information on how to avoid that the problems come back, root cause.
  • Participate actively in the complaint process as a System Expert
  • Ensure that system documentation, support processes, are always up-to-date, including
    • Training programs for Phadia Evaluaion Tool (PET), how to avoid problems
    • Troubleshooting Guides, Check Lists, Error Trees
    • Customer support process from customer contact to CAPA process
    • Support tools (software)
  • Secure that service related functionality is taken into account and prioritized in new product development and Product Care activities/updates
  • Support launch of projects and transition to market by learning and give feedback on functionality and user friendliness
  • Sustain continuous alignment with Sales, Global Marketing, RA/QA and R&D around customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in product development and product care projects / activities for instruments and software
  • Expert / auditor / investigator role and general support systems issues

 
 
What do you need to succeed?
 
You are a driver with a team first mindset. You take initiative in the team, but also work in a structured and self-driven manner.
 
To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following formal qualifications:
 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Can work under stress with many things ongoing with short delivery time lines
  • Experience with software investigation and IT investigations.
  • Experience and knowledge of existing application platforms.
  • Extensive and relevant experience in IVD industry
  • Relevant experience in Field Service or Technical Support will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Must have good presentation skills as service/customer training and presenting at internal/external meetings is a requirement
  • Strong competency and an interest in continuous learning in the areas of Computer, Software, Method, Immunology, Assay process, Chemistry and function of our reagents.
