About the team – Human Resources

You will join a highly connected global team responsible for promoting an inspiring work​ environment, ensuring a competitive capability supply (i.e. talent) and transforming collaboration. 

Areas of Responsibility:

You will provide strategic market intelligence for diverse senior level talent in relevant healthcare and technology sectors including mapping key talent competitors.

You will build global talent pipelines/communities for key business and technical leadership positions across key countries in the Americas, EMEA and Asia.

You will employ robust and innovative search strategies to identify passive candidates

You will engage and screen/assess senior level candidates for key roles

You will consult HR BPs, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and senior level hiring managers on best practices for sourcing/networking to find talent, engagement, assessment and onboarding to support our diversity and inclusion aspirations.

Education and Experience:

You have significant experience in recruiting / executive search experience with a multi-country or global scope

You bring a master’s degree in a relevant field of study or a bachelor’s degree with additional relevant experience

You bring experience sourcing and assessing diverse senior level candidates.  A recognised sourcing and/or assessment certification is desirable. (e.g. AIRS, Sourcing Ninja, Hogan, etc)

You are skilled at collecting, analysing and visualising talent market intelligence

Your strong communications skills make you influential among senior level HR and business leaders

You are fluent in written and spoken English

Location is flexible.  Close to a major Siemens Healthineers office is desired, but home office may also be an option.  Occasional international travel may be required.  15% is an estimate.
