As a recruiter, you will provide consulting and coaching on talent solutions with Hiring Managers (HM) and act as the single owner for the recruiting process.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Provides recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the talent needed by Intel to support technology and product roadmaps
Couples business acumen and insight with labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies to meet not only the current business need but support the long-term talent requirements of Intel.
Leverage talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans (TAP), business model, operations, competitive position and business group products to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence the hiring team, manager or internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition plan
Creates a great user experience for candidates through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle
Establish and leverage candidate networks to advocate on behalf of Intel
Continuously evolve and share recruiting knowledge and expertise regarding finding, attracting and hiring the best talent for Intel's constantly changing needs

Important: this is a temporary position of 12 months.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must possess or must be pursuing (advanced student) a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field OR 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of experience supporting internal and/or external hiring processes and stakeholder management
3+ years of experience working with transnational companies
Advanced proficiency in English (written/spoken)
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must have unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
Preferred Qualifications
Full life cycle recruiting
Proficient in the use of Workday system or other enterprise level applicant tracking system (ATS)
Reporting capabilities: Data extraction and management
Basic knowledge about Agile methodologies, i.e. use of Kanban boards and daily stand ups sessions
