Job Description 

We are looking for Global Talent Development Consultant(Contract role) to join our team at Mumbai.
Candidate must have 2-3 yrs of experience in handling Learning Management System (LMS). Must have learning and development experience; experience working in a LMS/Percipio; experience with Articulate authoring software

Overall Deliverables

• Provide administrative support for our Learning Management System (Percipio)
• Design and develop a variety of learning to include: eLearning, live courses, guides/documentation, and video
• Consult with the business on learning needs to make appropriate recommendations on the best learning solution
• Facilitate live programs on behavioral skills and leadership

Job Responsibilities

• Learning Management System (Percipio)
  • Provide overall Percipio support to help drive adoption and operational efficiency.  For example: provide 3^rd level MyLX support, consult with business on Learning Zones/Aspire Journeys, promote Skillsoft resources (e.g., certifications, bootcamps, live events)
  • Create Learning Zones/Channels/Content Updates with business based on their requirements.
  • Handle technical/content related issues for employees.
  • Create Assignments on Business requests.
  • Create audiences in Percipio.
  • Manage the retirement of course (e.g., communicate to learners)
  • Support on Audit by providing reports on timely basis
  • Guide helpdesk team on critical support tickets – work with Skillsoft Live support teams
• Content Design and Development
  • Work with the business to identify learning goals and learning design.  This includes both global and local projects.
  • Develop appropriate learning content to meet business goals in a collaborative way.  This includes creation of learning content as well as providing guidance to subject matter experts in creating content.
  • Develop a variety of learning content to include: eLearning, instructor led learning, supporting resources, and video
  • Support business to develop a curriculum for their training needs and drive the learner engagement and completion.

Qualification/Skills

• Core Skills: work well in a team, good communication, global/corporate experience, project/self-management skills
• Learning design and development skills required. 
• Consulting skills and experience desired.
• Experience with training admin and learning management systems required.  Experience with Percipio desired.
• Experience using Articulate to create basic and advance eLearning content.  Experience with other learning authoring tools desired (e.g., Adobe Captivate)
