As a Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Supporting and leading assigned technical workstreams and projects (automating the Technical Customer Communications (TCC) process, organizing a team roadshow, others as assigned). Handling activities where you will strategize opportunities to build, enhance and re-purpose sales-facing software projects that align with the overall IT vision for the organization. Working cross-functionally across and between Sales operations, franchises, functions, and zones, regions, and countries to provide guidance and establish a foundation for agile project management. Serving as a key member of the CRM Excellence & Operations Team the owner/liaison of key tools which includes owning the relationship with key stakeholders, driving the tool strategy, and managing daily and long-term strategy.
