Desired skills and experience

• A master degree or above in Business or Engineering, with less than 3 years working experience

• International experience through studies, internships or working in a multi-national company

• Engaged in activities beyond studies and demonstrate great leadership skills

• Passionate about learning a business from the ground up in order to one day lead the business

• Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills

• Fluent in English and can speak the local language of the country you apply
