We are looking for a customer-obsessed, experienced program manager to manage and evolve the global Corporate Travel and Expense program, manage supplier relationships and drive efficiency and quality throughout the Global Travel and Expense Program Office.
Responsibilities
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to:
Manage the Mergers and Acquisition activities for Travel and Expense
Oversee the Ground Transportation and Hotel commodities
Manage the Candidate Travel supplier and tools
Manage the taxable add to comp process for expense reimbursement
Manage supplier relationships, strategic expectations and roadmap and ensure our suppliers are meeting Intel standards for service delivery.
Manage the delivery projects and 'keep the business running' (KTBR) activities in line with the roadmap
Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment to support customer and supplier issue resolution
Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, stakeholders, and understand and manage customer expectations
Provide strategic direction to Procurement on program and supplier requirements
Manage project implementation, recommend, develop, and implement solutions to complex issues in line with the roadmap
Gather and analyze external market intelligence to support the evolution of the Travel and Expense program
Manage activities related to general program and operational management, ensuring the program remains compliant with methodologies and tools driven across the broader Human Resources Global Services (HRGS) organization.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree
-AND-
4 plus years of applicable work experience, including a combination of:
Experience managing programs
Experience managing supplier relationships
Experience working with LEAN principles
Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
