Job Description
Acting as the first point of contact for guests, members, tours and groups before their arrival to the Golf Course, this role is responsible for providing engaging customer service through phone and e-mail communication.

What you will be doing:  
  • Using specialized knowledge of the differing specific booking procedures, policies, green fee rates, and golf packages to provide accurate information, answer enquiries and book tee time reservations for individuals, members, groups and tours. 
  • Having a complete understanding of different facets of the experiences and services offered by the Golf Course (Golf Pro Shop, Food & Beverage, etc) to enhance the experience of those looking to visit the Golf Course. 
  • Communicating effectively to Golf Team colleagues to ensure they have detailed and accurate information at all times; 
  • Using empathy, creativity and confidence to problem solve effectively and offer alternatives when required. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Your experience and skills include:
  • Class 5 Drivers License and updated drivers abstract 
  • Proficient computer skills (reservation/ POS systems and Microsoft Office programs)
  • Able to work flexible hours (early morning, evening and occasional split shifts)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a high attention to detail required
  • Ability to deal with high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and guest driven with a passion to continually exceed expectations and anticipate needs
  • Demonstrable experience in providing world class customer service 
  • Previous experience in a reservation role or an office environment is an asset
