Job Description
As a Golf Guest Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a world-class arrival and departure experience for our guests, members, tours and groups through proactively ensuring they have the equipment, communication, and service required for their day at the Golf Course.

What you will be doing:  
Reporting to the Golf Operations Assistant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 
  • Greeting and guiding the guests upon arriving at the Golf Course, and providing information on the experiences offered at the Golf Course (e.g. Pro Shop, F&B outlets, and practice facilities). 
  • Conducting pre- and post-round preparations, including advising guests on check in instructions, providing rental equipment and power carts and cleaning/carrying equipment, all whilst providing an engaging level of customer service. 
  • Taking accountability for the rental fleets program
  • Assisting in the preparation, execution and tear down for golf tournaments
  • Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include: 
  • Class 5 Drivers License and updated drivers abstract 
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Able to work flexible hours (early morning, evening and occasional split shifts)
  • Ability to deal with high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and guest driven with a passion to continually exceed expectations and anticipate needs
  • Demonstrable experience in providing world class customer service 
Physical aspects of the position (include but are not limited to): 
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift 
  • Lifting Required: (50 lbs.): Golf bags, boxes of bottled water, crates of golf balls etc
  • Repetitive Tasks/Movements: Standing/walking for extended periods
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
