Job Purpose: Loading attendant provide personalized service to our guests in a friendly and efficient manner

Key Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and welcome all guests boarding and departing from Skycab at the assigned station
• Answers guest inquiries and provide Hotel & Casino information
• Delivery of promotional leaflet, coupon and lucky draw tickets to all boarding guests (if applicable)
• Have up-to-date knowledge of the hotel, area events, and activities to ensure a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and cross sell services and facilities to guests
• Ensures guests are being assisted at the Skycab station in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensures the guest queuing system at the station are well maintain and controlled.
• Track daily number of guests boarding / departing the Skycab. Input numbers into system accordingly
• Inspect and maintain the Skycab station cleanliness and complete the checklist.
• Ensuring the entire area remain clean and well kept. Assist in picking up trash whenever required.
• Assist guest with their luggage in a helpful and efficient manner
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by the Manager – Front Services and above.
• Immediately report to Manager – Front Services, any items found left behind by guests.

Experience: Customer service experience will be considered
Knowledge/Certificates: Ability to organize and handle large group of people
Education: Secondary school or equivalent
Language Ability: Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin, English is a plus
