Job Description / Capsule

Responsible for the Global Finance Library and driving process standardization and documentation across teams. The right candidate for the role is detail oriented, organised and would like to drive change in standardization space. The role will include project work to improve existing processes, while managing business as usual processes.

Typical Accountabilities:

• Owns, manages and updates SharePoint document storage including Global Finance Library
• Owns, manages and updates Nucleus pages using a portal editing tool
• Trains document authors & provides support through author journey
• Manages, tracks and summarizes deviations to standard process
• Edits metadata/document properties to provide a better customer journey to search
• Periodic metrics reporting on governance and policy related processes and infrastructure
• Supports governance and policy related projects
• Manages continuous improvement projects to streamline existing processes (e.g. VBA)
• Works with IT teams (e.g. SharePoint, Enterprise Search, ServiceNow), user groups and leadership team to drive enhancements to existing processes
• Co-ordinates, collates and communicates information related to the Finance Library, SharePoint and Nucleus
• Performs controls and reconciliations to ensure well governed documentation reporting

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

• Keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• English language expertise, both written and verbal, with the confidence to express clear opinions and ability to explain issues to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Strong VBA skills
• Process management skills
• Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
• Strong customer service focus and experience working with IT support processes
• Ability to work with a remote manager
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast changing, results driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks/assignments simultaneously and effectively
• Demonstrated skills and ability in PC applications

Desirable

• Experience in SharePoint, ServiceNow, Portal Editing desired
• Understanding of SOX and internal controls
