Eaton’s Corporate Division is currently seeking a Governance Risk and Compliance Lead Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Relocation assistance will be provided. Position Overview: The Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Center of Excellence supports the delivery of SAP and Oracle GRC solutions from project inception, to business go live, and ongoing production support. The GRC Lead Analyst will work closely with global key stakeholders in all Business Functions and Divisions and with Internal and External Auditors to assist in the design requirements and execution of all project phases to ensure successful implementation of compliance controls. This role will also be responsible for the ongoing sustainment of SAP GRC systems. This is a highly interactive position, including but not limited to Internal and External Audit, Financial Global Process Leaders, Business Sr Managers, and Project Managers. In this function you will: Provide SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and GRC Process Control (PC) expertise to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to prevent fraud and financial misstatement. Perform SAP GRC AC and GRC PC project lifecycle activities, primarily for Access Risk Analysis (ARA) and Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM). Partner closely with the SAP Security team to provide GRC support, primarily for GRC ARA (workflow creation/maintenance, ruleset analysis/updates, mitigating control creation/assignment, segregation of duty (SOD) analysis/remediation) and GRC CCM (infrastructure setup, master data maintenance, configuration/SOD/transaction/access rule setup). Monitor the company’s SAP GRC systemic controls and ensure adherence to change control and governance processes for any changes made to GRC software, controls, or processes. Liaison with project stakeholders (business senior managers, internal/external auditors, business compliance managers, finance global process leaders, etc.) to interpret GRC business requirements into technical design recommendations and solutions. Maintain the SAP GRC application (software upgrades, patches, etc.) to ensure system integrity. Provide audit support by gathering process compliance evidence and supporting documentation. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of progressive GRC-related experience. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. Preferred qualifications: Possess and demonstrate an understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, and related standards. SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP GRC 12.0 SAP GRC Access Control (AC), primarily Access Risk Analysis SAP GRC Process Control (PC), primarily Continuous Control Monitoring Oracle GRC experience a plus.
