ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:


  • Identifies & develops
    productive relationships with OpCo representatives the Market Access team
    supports.
  • Prepare Monthly report
    out of MA Project Bowler/ Calculate Revenue, Monthly Provincial Policies,
    and the MA Wins Global Newsletter by working closely with Area and
    Regional MA Managers.
  • Assembles new Project Billing Code
    & Pricing Value Dossiers for new projects, in conjunction with Area
    and Regional MA Managers and OpCo Marketing Staff, with aim to maximize
    market access as well as minimize product impacts by province government
    policy changes.
  • Set up China Market
    Access Process SW, for Provincial policy reporting, pricing data
    collection and analysis to support OpCo product Market Access on Pricing
    and Reimbursement
  • Creates Visual
    Management metrics and establishes Daily Management and other appropriate
    Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to communicate pricing & reimbursement
    implementation progress
  • Other MA related work
    assigned by department head

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

  • Internal contacts
    include : Danaher operation companies in China of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics
    & Clinical Life Sciences, Leica Bio Systems, Leica TAS, Cepheid, Radiometer
    and its affiliates.


SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.


EDUCATION & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor Degree minimum, preferable major in biochemistry, medicine, or related life sciences, and/or public health and economics, marketing
  • Ability to do compile/organize Provincial/Municipal policy research and product impact assessments from Area and Regional GA staff independently, for communicating effectively by verbal and written in fluent Mandarin, English skill preferred
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel. Word)
  • Highly effective in Team environment national distributed teams and local office teams


WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • >3 years of related work experience with at least 2 years in Project 、Market Assess

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires business traveling in a frequent situation.
