Job Description

Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above preferable with Drama Teaching experience
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
Two years of previous teaching experience preferred;
PGCE/QTS/US teaching license or other equivalent certificates preferred;

Salary and Benefits

Base salary around 26,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
Housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
Yearly bonus:4,500 RMB each semester, 2 semesters a year;
