Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! Support the Digital Industries Division, participating in tasks related to Products within the various business segments in Industrial Factory Automation, Customer Services & Process Automation. Able to oversee current projects, reviewing customer specifications and selection of products within the DI portfolio that best suits customer requirements. With sufficient product knowledge, you will be enabled to review project progress, technical compliance and contract administration where applicable Be in tune with Systems Integrators alignment where DI products are being used in conjunction with their systems for end-user needs Intuitive, diligent, committed and proactive approach to problems arising from the day-to-day operations and providing solutions to the work environment. In addition, use industry network to look out for new customers that could be potential contributors to DI business. You would need to approach potential customers via email, or phone and perform initial investigation if DI can address their requirements. Improve DI offerings to the market – be it services, response time to enquiries, post order placement support, etc. Obtain client feedback to ensure that DI understand their needs and proactively address those needs. Secure market Intelligence with respect to new application areas, trends or competitor behavior that DI needs to consider. Support DI on the thought process that is required for our sales team to be more AGILE and be on top of the game. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! Currently enrolled in a Masters Degree (Engineering Background) Excellent foundation in Electrical, Electronics Engineering Personal skills – Team Player with excellent communication/ presentation skills Language skills – Proficient in English What else do you need to know?
