What is this Program about?
This is a 2 years program. We will plan your career path according to your knowledge & professional skills with a series of action learning programs.
- Foundation knowledge:
Develop foundation knowledge & experience in the designated team - Short-term assignments around the region:
Participate in exposure / process improvement projects from various divisions, companies and factories - Corporate culture program:
Assist in our corporate culture development, aims at making Meyer a better place to work - Mentoring from senior executives:
Gain & learn from our senior executives (or let them learn from you!) - On the job training & progress review:
Participate in on-the-job and in-house training to solidify the knowledge required in the day-to-day operation. Regular reviews with the Program Manager and your Mentor are also included to ensure your optimal development and growth

- Final year students or recent graduates fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- A foodie with strong passion and enthusiasm to develop a long-term career in cookware/manufacturing industry.
- Eagerness to be exposed to multiple functions, aspire to have a diverse work experience.
- Majoring in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Design, and Business/Management preferred.
