Change the future with us The Project Management Office professional is as part of the Project Management Excellence team, which oversees project governance related topics at Siemens Mobility India. The major activities managed by the Project Management Office professional are as below: • Implements PM@Siemens and PMO guidelines and processes and manages respective functional organization. • Administers and ensures adherence of Siemens policies, guidelines, programs and standards. Supports topics of asset classification, project & bid security & ESG. • Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in projects, sales & bids. Also ensures the implementation of proposed measures. Drives improvement initiatives. • Monitors, analyzes project portfolios within SMO IN. Facilitates project reviews, LoA coordination. • Works with various bids and execution projects in diverse PM knowledge areas e.g., project planning & scheduling, requirements management, quality management, etc. • Ensures PM, CPM competency in projects. Drives certification process for PM, CPM and provides guidance for its successful completion. • Organizes various trainings related to PM knowledge areas, new joiner trainings, knowledge sharing & lessons learned sessions within multiple projects. • Oversees specific activities of Project Management Office.
