BMW SA graduate programme is looking for enthusiastic and talented graduates to join the group. The programme is aimed at graduate students who are looking for real work experience. 

The programme will include rotational, on the job training, self-learning, blended learning and technical training focus. Candidates will have to go through our hiring process to be considered. Successful candidates will join the company for a 24 months programme

  To qualify for the Engineering Graduate Programme, you will need:

• Analyse a complex computing problem and to apply principles of computing and other relevant disciplines to identify solutions. 
• Design, implement, and evaluate a computing-based solution to meet a given set of computing requirements in the context of the program’s discipline. 
• Communicate effectively in a variety of professional contexts. 
• Recognize professional responsibilities and make informed judgments in computing practice based on legal and ethical principles. 
• Function effectively as a member or leader of a team engaged in activities appropriate to the program’s discipline. 

Support the use, delivery, and management of information systems within an Information Systems environment. 

You will have:

A university degree, (have graduated not more than 18 months ago, or be currently working towards obtaining one), preferably BCom (Informatics or Information Systems/Computer Science) and /or BIT (Information Systems).

A maximum of two years working experience prior to, or after graduation will be advantageous

• Attain a minimum of a 65% overall average in your final year.
