Job Description:
1. Independently made KV, managed the team to carry out subsequent design of corresponding KV, and conducted quality supervision;
2. Managed daily delivery, conducted quality control, guided members of the department, improved working ability and efficiency, and reduced modification and rework;
3. Maintained good communication with internal staff, organized the completion of creative works, and ensured that the composition of art pictures met the creative standards;
4. Able to accurately communicate customer needs with other cooperative departments;
5. Knowledge of printing, materials, exhibition production process plus.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. At least 5 years advertising design and creative work experience;
3. Solid art foundation, have fashionable views and inspirations on graphic design composition and tone;
4. Familiar with the process of advertising creation, thinking, and diligent in reference and learning;
5. Familiar with AI/PS and other software, able to use 4CD bonus points.
6. Open-minded, gentle and tolerant, good at and willing to communicate, intuitive, creative and proactive;
7. Team spirit, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
8. Be enthusiastic about creative advertisement of building materials flooring and wallpaper, preferably at the age of 30.
职责描述：

1.独立进行KV的制作，并管理好团队进行相应KV后续设计的进行，并进行质量监督；

2.管理日常交付，进行质量把控，能对部门成员进行指导，提高工作能力及效率，减少修改及返工；

3.与内部人员保持良好的沟通，组织创意作品的完成，确保美术画面的构成符合创意标准；

4.能与其他协作部门准确沟通客户需求；

5.了解印刷，物料，会展制作流程加分项。

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历；
2、5年以上广告设计，创意工作经验；
3、扎实的美术功底，对平面设计的构图、色调均有时尚的见解和灵感；
4、熟悉广告创作流程、思维放、勤于参考与借鉴学习；
5、熟悉掌握AI/PS等软件，会用4CD加分项。
6、个性开放、为人心态平和宽容，善于并乐于沟通，直觉力强、有创造力、积极主动；
7、具备团队协作精神和极强的沟通能力，有责任感，能承受工作压力；
8、对于建材地板、壁纸类创意广告充满热情，年龄30岁左右优先考虑。
