Your Role

To work alongside our Senior Designers supporting branding efforts from conception to final executions. The nature of designs ranges from brand expressions, via branded experiences to wayfinding systems.

What You Will Do

• Takes client briefs and supports the branding team’s efforts to create meaningful, impactful and unique brand stories
• Supports the design team in researching materials relevant to the design process
• Organizes and prepares findings in a clear and structured manner to ensure clear communication between team members and within the project development
• Helps establish timeframes for tasks and delivers assignments within set deadlines
• Shows enthusiasm and passion about developing designs
• Is able to discuss and develop creative ideas with the team and helps elevate the designs through dialogue and by sharing references
• Helps compiling and formatting the design outputs expected by Gensler, to be presented in the highest professional level
• Is curious to grow and develop own design understanding and expertise
• A suitable candidate is willing to show flexibility in dealing with several daily tasks and can easily move between projects

Your Qualifications:

• Professional with minimum of 5 years experience within the design industry (graphic design, branding, wayfinding).
• Bachelor of Arts degree is advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is a must.
• Additional software skills (Aftereffects, Sketch-up, AutoCad, Flash, HTML, etc.) is a plus.
• Good communication in both Chinese and English
