Produce Advertisements, Posters, Collateral, brochures, and other projects as per the hotel’s requirements
Produce a minimum of three layout and design proposals for any newly produced project to be approved by the General Manager to produce and manage production schedules to meet project datelines
Serve as the Webmaster for Web page management and Internet related exposure and advertising.
Supervise and assist the Assistant the Graphic Designer with design and layout coordination and production of collateral, ads and graphics
Produce Graphic Artwork, Logos, Bromides and Finished Artwork in the most economical way and Ensure hotel ownership of produced materials
Manage all photo taking for banquet functions and for special events for PR coverage
Assist in the preparation of Press Releases
Manage all basic photography work required in the hotel
Ensure close working relation not only within the PR department but also within all departments that would need art service
Work Experience
Diploma in Graphic Design/ Arts or related field
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in related field
Ability to think outside the box
Competent IT skills – high proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Photography and video taking & editing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Portfolio must be presented as reference for design capabilities
