Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the Corporate Communications team on a full-time basis. Reporting into the Head of Communications, our team takes full and unrestricted responsibility for external and internal communications, including events and exhibitions, collateral production, social media advertising, paid media campaigns, Communication strategies, omnichannel campaigns, internal communications, social club activities, people and culture events, crisis communications and media management. This position will be based at our brand-new Melbourne Head Office in Hawthorn East and offers hybrid working with a combination of work from home, office attendance and flexible hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will become the brand owner for Siemens Healthineers. You will use your creativity to design, create and edit advertisements, eDMs, flyers, presentations and other collateral material adhering to brand identity. You will support the Head of Communications in creating and delivering all marketing communication campaigns, allocating budgets, and working with internal and external stakeholders. You will guide the event management team on brand development and implementation across our Event and Conference Calendar (150+ events). Your qualifications and experience: Minimum two years of experience in a graphic design role, either in-house or agency is highly advantageous for this position Intermediate to advanced skills in the Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro and Microsoft office platforms (MS Word & PowerPoint) Experience designing artwork for digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing Experience in designing artwork for event-related items – expo stands, pull up banners Your attributes and skills: You work well in a collaborative team environment as well as autonomously You have high attention to detail and possess strong communication skills You can problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment You will be abreast of latest design trends Applicants must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
