Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to art direct and produce creative assets including but not limited to:
    • Static/animated banners
    • Presentation templates and layouts
    • Short-form videos/GIFS
    • Long-form videos
    • Social media graphics
    • Email newsletters
    • Printed collaterals
    • HTML5 banners
    • Landing pages
    • Event booth designs and collaterals (posters, pull-up banners, etc)
    • Corporate merchandise
  • Develop brand style guide and toolkit in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Maintain corporate website with regular updates
  • Provide design and layout work for ongoing updates made for Sales and Marketing presentation decks and materials
  • Collect, manage and archive all Marketing creative assets within the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
  • Establish and continually optimize processes and workflows to support effective asset management and efficient use of the DAM
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies or other suppliers to produce creative assets
  • Receive briefs to understand creative requirements and specifications
  • Ability to articulate design concepts, take direction and feedback from key stakeholders
  • Quality control creative assets, ensuring a high bar for quality and accuracy
  • Proactively manage time and deadlines in a multi-tasking environment
  • Occasional photography or videography during key events or activities
  • Experience in long-form video production a huge plus

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or BA in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or related degree, or equivalent work experience
  • An online portfolio
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital design, typography and graphic design
  • 2+ years’ experience with full Adobe Creative Suite (with focus on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks)
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Project management experience
  • Strong language skills in English, and preferably Mandarin as well
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent non-linear editing (NLE) tools in a production environment a plus
  • Experience in optimizing video post-production workflows for high volume output a plus
  • A strong interest in the video games and movie production industries
