• Assist Pitch Managers across Greater China in the preparation and delivery of high value and strategic pitches, including written proposals and client presentations
• Collaborate with lead Pitch Designer to morph large amounts of text content into impactful, memorable visuals
• Assist lead Pitch Designer to develop templates and tools for intranet knowledge centre and fast turnaround projects
• Partner with business lines in conceptualising key messages to convey compelling stories to clients using innovative techniques and the latest technologies
• Explore and utilise new digital platforms to deliver modern, visual, impactful presentations
• Work accurately, efficiently and to a high level of quality, despite deadline pressure

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a marketing and design role
• Passion for design, photography, video, with an eye for detail

• Advanced skills in the use of PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud- high proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat is a must
• Proficiency in video editing software- preferably Final Cut Pro and Motion/ Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Experience using GIS tools such as ArcGIS or Google Earth/ MyMaps is an advantage
• Proven experience of turning content into visuals and telling a story through visual design
• Strong project management skills and ability to effectively prioritise workflow and deliver on deadlines
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Confident presenter who can articulate the rationale behind their ideas
• Experience within a professional services environment highly regarded
• Proficient in English
