TASKS

As Graphic Designer (full-time) at Avantgarde you will be part of an interdisciplinary team of international creatives and project managers, working on a wide range of experiential projects across industries. You are kind of a nerd with a fastidious attention to detail in your work. You don’t mind speaking up, and exchanging constructive criticism with your fellow team mates. You are always on the lookout for new experiences and eager to learn from the team, the directors, the suppliers, and the clients.

In this role you will

• work with the creative and art directors to visualize and communicate project concepts
• develop and execute designs within brand guidelines and in collaboration with our clients and suppliers
• create graphics and designs for various digital and analog media
• comprehensibly and swiftly visualize concepts and ideas
• deliver production-ready files
• keep an eye on the details
• develop in-depth understanding of businesses, brands, and products
• stay up to date with cultural developments that affect our target audiences
• support younger designers by providing constructive criticism

REQUIREMENTS

• minimum 1-3 years design experience, ideally in an agency setting (depending on aspired level)
• experience in 2D and 3D design environments
• good communication in English, Mandarin beneficial
• expert knowledge in Adobe design software, Keynote and PowerPoint
• ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• great interest in design, art, event and marketing
• universitary degree in design is a plus, not a requirement
