Job Description

Xe Silicon Engineering (XSE) organization was formed to e​​​​nable scale for our expanding AXG product roadmap, bring all SoC functions and expertise under one umbrella, unleash full collaboration potential between SoC architecture and design implementation for scalable architectures, and leadership in power, performance, and area. Achieve IDM 2.0 vision for all Integrated Graphics GCD, Visual Compute, Super Compute, and Custom Compute products.

In this position you will be a hands-on manager for a Pre-Silicon Validation team that is responsible for validating SoC and Subsystems. This team may be IP Validation, SoC Validation, Mixed Signal Validation, or some other Pre-Silicon Validation discipline. The specific team you manage will be based in part on your prior validation experience. You will be accountable for timely and high-quality completion of validation milestones. You will work closely with both your own team and other validation and design teams responsible for delivering the complete SoC. You will also contribute to methodology improvements, employee career development, and organizational improvements.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related fields with 10+ years of industry experience. Or a Master's degree in the same fields with 7+ years of industry experience.

Minimum requirements:

  • Logic verification
  • Verilog/System Verilog

Desired skills/experience:

  • Emulation verification
  • Program management (Product life cycle)
  • Experience working with and driving execution in a matrixed org structure
  • Experience developing organization-wide processes and procedures for various stakeholders

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
