This is a position in the DCC compiler team for a development engineer for GPU compilers. Developing GPU compiler technology as the primary job function; designs, develops, debugs, and tests compiler software and programming languages. E.g., advanced compiler optimizations and features specific for Intel GPU Architectures, parallelization and vectorization through compilers, new programming languages support. May work directly with hardware design team, companies and communities developing compilers.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Minimum qualifications:
• MS degree and 2+ years of research or industrial experience in compiler software development or a Ph.D. degree with related research in compiler area.
• Familiar with C/C++ programming
• Prior research/experience in compiler software development
• Course work in compiler and related domains
• Familiar with computer architecture and x86 CPU and/or GPU.

• Code Generation
Preferred qualifications:
• Familiar with GPU programming
• Experience with performance analysis and tuning, compiler tools, compiler backend optimizations, publications in compile area, etc.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,500.00-$170,120.00
