We deliver industry-leading GPU (3D, media, compute, and display) design blocks and system-on-a-chip (SoC) products for discrete graphics and throughput computing. We are looking for a Graphics Verification Engineer who is familiar with graphics concepts and has experience in developing test plans, tests, testbench and coverage. You also should have good debug skills and be motivated to navigate through design code to identify bugs independently. In this position you will help us with the following responsibilities: Create, review and signoff verification test plans. Participate in discussions across various disciplines to get a clear understanding of product features and their validation requirements. Development of test plans, testbenches, BFMs, checkers, monitors, trackers, scoreboards and functional coverage. Develop and run debug tests in SystemVerilog. Mentor other engineers in using the verification infrastructure and creating test benches. Ownership of verification of block/ cluster. Contribute to the development and maintenance of long-term design verification strategy. Track progress of the block/ cluster owned to achieve goals in a timely manner. Provide indicators and guidance to management on issues and roadblocks on a timely basis. Be able to work with teams across org/ geos.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Electronics or related field with at least 5 years of hands-on IP verification Proficiency in SV, UVM, and object-oriented programming Strong understanding of engineering design principles Proven track record in IP verification from environment development to test development to validation closure Proficient at creation of test plans schedules and cost estimates for design verification efforts Experience in the development and deployment of verification strategies and methodologies across teams and organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and team oriented environment Expert-level knowledge of simulation tools such as VCS Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other verification methods such as formal verification, gate Level verification Knowledge of 3D Graphics Pipeline and concepts Proficiency in scripting languages and utilities including Make Perl Python etc.
