Job Purpose: Perform logistics for promotional activities and input customer data into the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Red Club Card promotional activities
• Deliver promotional materials, such as leaflets and tickets, to promotion location
• Input customer data into the system
• Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
• Answer guests’ enquiries and provide directions and useful information
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Manager

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: 1 year casino marketing experience an advantage
Education: College graduated or equivalent
Language Ability: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and typing skills (English and Chinese)
