Responsibilities:
1. To greet all incoming and outgoing guests, VIP guests and ensure special attention is paid to families, handicapped etc.
2. To ensure our customers receive a warm and hospitable welcome; a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
3. To monitor customer feedback and advise Manager when necessary make sure the Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from customers.
4. Direct any of guests' issues and complaints to Guest Relations Manager and or Duty Manager. To ensure all customer queries or request are handled in a polite and efficient manner, in the meantime an efficient, friendly service.
5. To increase the overall satisfaction of the guest stay experiences.
6. To ensure a sale attitude is adopted in the team at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunity within the foot massage center. To maximize transportation sales and revenue for the foot massage center.
7. Must be well versed in local city history, place of interest, shopping areas, theaters, etc. offer a quick and efficient solution to the guests.
8. To ensure the foot massage center lobby area is clean at all times, inform the logistics staff when there is a disorder.
9. To comply all company policies relating with Operations.
10. Other Considerations and Qualification of the Candidates:
* Female, courteous and graceful candidate preferable
* Above 165cm
* Age below 30
* Excellent in guests communication
* Take initiative and attention to detail
