Grid Control Software Sales Manager (m/f/d) Siemens Smart Infrastructures rely on the combination of smart grids and smart buildings by combining physical solutions and digitalization in all areas of electrification and automation. Representing - Leading the Grid Control Sales & Growth agenda for Grid SW; Establishing strong CxO/Decision Maker network across the markets (existing and potential); Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and account development plans for retention and growth; securing challenging order intake results that meet or exceed business objectives; Harness an entrepreneurial culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and guidance to other areas in the GRID SW sales function to support the objectives of GRID SW; Offering clear guidance to the Siemens Product House – being that conduit of the relationship between Customer and Siemens; Provide Customer escalation point for ongoing support, and gateway for product roadmap enhancements request; Manage contract lifecycle, extensions and renewals. Including offer preparation, pricing approvals, and final negotiation; Working in collaboration with many Siemens stakeholders, across Grid SW HQ Vertical and Product Sales, Technical Sales, Bid Management, Siemens Product Houses, IoT Solutions, GRID SW Business Leads and Sales Teams. We are looking for: Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English is a must; Demonstrable experience on Grid Control Area, preferable on Generation, Transmission and Distribution control Systems; Demonstrable experience on Grid Edge Area, Microgrids, Distributed Generation, Demand Response, Metering, e-car, storage… as key enablers for the energy transition; Deep knowledge on Regulatory framework; Deep Knowledge on energy sector systems, power systems planning, operations and economics, and electricity markets; Experience in institutional, commercial, and technical relations; Experience on Sales and Business Development; Knowledge cloud technology: SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS experience; A positive reputation among industry and sales peers; Understand the matrix of a corporate environment to do business; A reputation for taking initiative, setting goals, and getting things done; Able to travel extensively on a regular basis and be flexible in the working week.
