Job Responsibilities:
Merchant Development and Cooperation:
Be responsible for visiting, negotiating with, and promoting Meituan group buying services and other relevant business to local merchants (e.g., F&B, entertainment, lifestyle services) in Hong Kong.
Develop customized collaboration proposals tailored to merchants' needs.
End-to-End Project Management:
Independently manage the entire process from merchant onboarding, document review, and campaign launch to ongoing maintenance to ensure smooth collaboration.
Customer Relationship Maintenance:
Establish and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with partnered merchants.
Address daily merchant inquiries and enhance satisfaction and loyalty throughout the collaboration.
Market Insight and Feedback:
Deeply explore local business opportunities and gather market trends and competitor information.
Provide timely feedback on merchant needs and suggestions to optimize products and services.
Performance Goal Achievement:
Maintain a strong goal-oriented mindset and actively strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
