Focuses on the delivery of service capability projects from strategic, BAU to transformation initiatives.

Under Business Development, he/she shall work closely with the Heads of Data & Business Analytics and of Group Product Development & Marketing Services, to ensure that all strategic initiatives - particularly digitalization, identified areas for improvement, transformation and new product launches are supplemented with necessary platform/tool supports.

• Identify, study and pursue approved strategies, critical initiatives and projects that will contribute to revenue generation. 
 • Prepares and develop detailed project plans, thru Project Charters and Business Cases, based on identified strategic initiatives, areas for improvement, transformation and all other similar short term projects.

• Liaises with Project Team and CS Management by preparing and presenting project progress reports, providing comfort that the project is progressing as expected. 

• Designs risk mitigation and handles/address project-related risks.
