• Collaborate with business leaders and their respective teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
• Partner with business on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and talent development
• Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
• Be responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement through thorough assessments using independent judgment and analyze data to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.
• Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues, coach select employees as needed in complex situation
• Partner on year round performance management processes with the BU leadership for constant improvement at an organization level, partner on complex performance cases or situations.
• Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
• Partner with COEs to create and implement needed Site HR strategies
• Apply Project Management and Change Management processes to plans and priorities.

• Great narrative writing skills and proven experience at presenting
• Strong execution capability to deploy HR solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
• 12-15 years Related Business HR partnering experience in MNC environment
• Willing to be based out of Kulim and Penang.
