Job Description
- Collaborate with business leaders and their respective teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Partner with business on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and talent development
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Be responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement through thorough assessments using independent judgment and analyze data to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues, coach select employees as needed in complex situation
- Partner on year round performance management processes with the BU leadership for constant improvement at an organization level, partner on complex performance cases or situations.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
- Partner with COEs to create and implement needed Site HR strategies
- Apply Project Management and Change Management processes to plans and priorities.
Qualifications

- Strong leadership engagement and stakeholder management
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring managers
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong business and HR acumen, including data analysis, problem solving and critical thinking
- Self-starter and result oriented and comfortable when dealing with ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization
- Great narrative writing skills and proven experience at presenting
- Strong execution capability to deploy HR solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
- 12-15 years Related Business HR partnering experience in MNC environment
- Willing to be based out of Kulim and Penang.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
