Job Description:

• The candidate will lead and coordinate the manufacturing EHS activities to ensure zero incident.

• The candidate needs to be well versed in Chinese EHS and US/EU EHS or OSHA standards/guidances.

• The candidate must worked in biopharmaceutical industry previously.

• The candidate will work with Upstream Processing (UPS), Down Stream processing (DSP), QA, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, PD, Planning, Regulatory, Logistics, Project Management and Strategic Sourcing/Procurement.
  

  
  

  Qualification:

• The position requires a strong industry background with at least 3-5 years of experience.

• The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

• The candidate must have experience in dealing with EHS authorities, and have a solid understanding of quality system in terms of deviation, investigation, CAPA and change control.

• The individual should have experience in dealing with explosive, high-potent compounds, chemical & biological hazardous materials, clean room and water system (Purified Water, pure steam, and WFI).

• The individual must have experience in remediation measures once an incident has occur.

• The candidate must constantly have the mindset to foresee any activities in preventing any incident to occur.

• BS, MS or PhD in Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, or Biotechnology.
  BS, 5+ years, MS, 3+ years, PhD, 1+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing with extensive experience in EHS.

• The candidate must have the following attributes: Can do attitude, good organizational skill, attention to details, strong communication skill, team-oriented, leadership skill and work well with people.
