The role:

• Contribute to the strategic planning and decision making to develop and implement accounting systems and processes that align with the Organization’s vision and long-term business goals
• Oversee the activities of financial analysis and planning, reporting, taxation, credit control, accounts payable & receivable, inventory & cost control, budgeting and forecasting
• Identify business risk and opportunities and provide recommendation for continuous improvement
• Ensure all financial activities are conducted effectively, accurately and consistently, according to relevant regulations, laws and standards
• Lead teams of Finance & Accounting, IT, Shipping and Warehouse 

What we look for:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy and CPA / CFA qualified accountant
• At least 8 years relevant experience, preferably in fashion / retail industry
• Well-versed accounting knowledge for both PRC and HK regions
• In depth knowledge of corporation budgeting, forecasting and planning process
• Good problem solving skill, strong analytical, and numerical sense,
• Detail-minded, able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Frequent travel to Shanghai
