Objectives of the Job:

• With the request of the Department Manager or project responsible, leading the team to execute & fulfill the work package independently if needed.

• Together with the department manager & the Chief engineer to guarantee the growth of the Lighting team on the technical competence & the size.

• Ensure the Lighting Group on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

• Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization.

Main Duties:

• Responsible for the management of the Lighting team.

• Ensure the on time release of the design & on time delivery with high quality within the planned resource.

• Preparing/Presenting of detailed structure proposal and documentation in CATIA V5 and MS office.

• Assist and support Interior and Exterior Department manager in specialist for technical issues.

• Be interface to OEM & manufacture suppliers as required.

• Coordination of project-related activities with other groups.

• Styling feasibility analysis and concept development with sections.

• lead/coach a small team to fulfill the work package.

Qualification:

• Experienced designer, 10+ years preferred (8+ years minimum)

• Experienced at 4 of following parts as minimum: Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Traffic Lamp, Foglamp, Read Lamp, Ambient Light..

• Be proficient in CATIA V5

• Ability to be self starter, seeking help as needed

• Good communication ability both in mandarin and English.

• Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.

• Experience to lead an engineering team.
